About
About Silex Radix
Silex Radix is a Swiss company based in Lucerne providing private and hybrid AI solutions for B2B clients.
Mission
We enable Swiss organisations to access high-performance, private AI under Swiss jurisdiction - without compromising on data protection.
Our approach
Everything from one hand. We design, build and operate the whole stack for you, from a first proof of concept to a service in daily use, all on dedicated Swiss infrastructure you never share. No third-country transfer, no US Cloud Act.
Technology
We run sovereign AI on a platform we built ourselves, scheduling every workload and provisioning the cluster in-house. It is a working AI factory: leading open-weight models, trained and adapted on your own data, all provably within Swiss borders.

Privacy
This website uses Umami, a self-hosted, cookie-free analytics tool, to collect anonymised usage statistics (page views, referrer source, device type). No personal data is collected or stored, no IP addresses are logged, and no cookies are set. All data remains on our own infrastructure in Switzerland. Customer onboarding via our portal additionally collects your contact name, phone number, preferred contact method, and Swiss postal address (street, city, 4-digit postal code, canton) for the purpose of providing the contracted service and meeting Swiss data-residency obligations under nDSG. When you start the self-service onboarding flow, we briefly record the email address you submitted and the IP address it came from. We use this information for one purpose only: detecting and preventing abuse of the one-time-code system (rate-limit calibration, identifying credential-stuffing bursts). We retain these records for up to 24 hours, after which they are automatically deleted by a scheduled cleanup job. We do not share this data with third parties, we do not use it for marketing, and it never leaves the Silex Radix-operated infrastructure in Switzerland. Our legal basis for this short-lived processing is our legitimate interest in keeping the onboarding system operational and protected from abuse (Art. 31 nDSG / Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). For business counterparties, we screen the company and individual names you provide against Swiss and international restricted-party (sanctions) lists - SECO, OFAC, BIS, the EU consolidated list, UK OFSI, and the UN list - as required by Swiss export-control law. This creates a screening record containing the counterparty identification data you supplied and the screening outcome, including any list matches. Screening is performed in-house on our own self-hosted engine on Swiss infrastructure; no counterparty data is sent to a third-party or SaaS screening provider, and none leaves Switzerland. Our legal basis is our legal obligation under Swiss export-control law (Art. 31 Abs. 1 nDSG / Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). Screening records are retained for ten years, as required by Art. 18 Abs. 4 GKV (Güterkontrollverordnung, the Swiss Ordinance on the Control of Goods), and are exempt from erasure requests for the duration of that retention period. Personal data is held on Swiss-resident infrastructure operated by Silex Radix GmbH and retained for the duration of the customer relationship plus the statutory archival period; you may request access, rectification, or erasure by writing to info@silexradix.ch, subject to the statutory retention exception described above for screening and other compliance records.
Contact
When you email us at info@silexradix.ch, your message is delivered to a mailbox hosted on Swiss-resident infrastructure and operated by Silex Radix GmbH. We process your message to respond to your enquiry, on the basis of pre-contractual measures (Art. 31(2)(a) nDSG / Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Correspondence is retained for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable follow-up period.
